THE COLOUR OF LOVE
The colour of love is blue
No, it is Red
There you go again, you are wrong
The colour of love is pink
Perhaps you are all right, perhaps not
I saw love in the proud mother
As her baby is breast fed
I see love when I behold the cross
Where Jesus gave up his life for me
I saw the colour of love when I met you
Yes! The colour of love is you.
ROSES ARE BEAUTIFUL
Roses have thorns
What words in time
Are loss to say
Is told with roses so.
The song of love
Is sang with joy
And memories never old
If life were songs of love alone
I would never cease to sing
Just as roses come with thorns
do life its sorrow bring
And all I choose to see
I say that life's a pilgrim's tale.
PERSONAL SONG
You are worthy of my praise
You are worthy of my Thanks
For all you've done
I can't thank you enough
You are worthy of my praise.
YOU ARE THE BEST
There are good men in every land
But you are the best of them all
The tree of life has many branches
I've found my root in you
To me you are the mother earth
From which I'll always draw
We really did not chose ourselves
The Lord God did, I hope in
Him I've found in you the man.
YOU ARE A PRAYER
ANSWERED,
Everyone is born for someone
Not everyone gets to know that someone
As the clock ticks by
Loneliness stares in the face
On my knee I pray
Oh Lord; when that someone comes my way
Give me the strength and courage to accept
That this someone is mine
My prayer Answered.
YOUR SUN SHINE Will never fail to come,
There now, look up and see the sunshine
Look down and see the earth
The Sunshine never fails to come
The earth is always staunch
Fear not-meet all-be not afraid
The goal lies just beyond.
CAN I?
Can I find in you a friend?
Can I find in you a loving hand?
Ever reassuring, ever there
Can I find in you a listening ear?
When the troubles near
Can I find in you a friend?
Ever true and ever sure
Can I find in you a shoulder to lean on?
When my wearied legs can no more stand
Can I?
